About the Workshop
Multimedia technologies have a broad scope of systems, networks, and applications. Beyond traditional multimedia services on dedicated hosts, nowadays, multimedia technologies are vigorous on a playground of Internet of Things (IoTs) that is forced with the growing popularity of wired, wireless, sensor, and mobile networks. Meanwhile, human beings are easier to get involved in the context of intelligent multimedia services by recognition and virtual reality. Individual behavior and social activities can be understood by leveraging the capability of artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, and cloud services. We thus witness many attractive multimedia technologies evolved and re-shaped on modern and emerging multimedia computing environments.
The workshop provides an international forum for researchers and participants to share and exchange their experiences, discuss challenges and present original ideas in all aspects of multimedia technologies on multimedia computing environments, e.g. Wired, Wireless, Mobile, Internet of Things, Web of Things, Clouds, Smart Space, etc.
